2nd Annual We Move New York Invitational Ticket Disclaimer

DISCLAIMER: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING TICKET. 

By purchasing and/or using this ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Assumption of Risk: Attending a sporting event involves inherent risks and hazards. You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with attending the event, including but not limited to the risk of injury, loss, damage to personal property, or death. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own safety and well-being.

  2. Ticket Validity: This ticket is valid only for the specific sporting event stated on the ticket. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold or exchanged without the explicit permission of the event organizer.

  3. Entry Requirements: Entry to the event is subject to compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including any security procedures or restrictions implemented by the event organizer or venue. You may be required to present a valid identification document and undergo security checks before entering the venue.

  4. Code of Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner throughout the event. Any behavior deemed disruptive, abusive, or in violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations may result in immediate ejection from the venue without refund.

  5. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizer, venue, sponsors, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your attendance at the event.

  6. Event Modifications or Cancellation: The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, format, or program at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement of the event, including due to bad weather in the case of an outdoor event, no refunds will be issued. The event organizer shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred by ticket holders in such circumstances.

  7. Media Release: By attending the event, you grant the event organizer and its affiliates the right to use your image, likeness, or voice in any photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation or approval.

  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By attending the sporting event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the ticket and do not attend the event.
